Maintaining Mobility

Mobility promotes healthy ageing, delays the onset of disabilities, and postpones frailty, thereby contributing to well-being and life satisfaction.

With advancing age, however, maintaining mobility may become jeopardized because of the increasing risk of physical and sensory impairments. We frequently work on people of all ages who are experiencing pain that prevents them from walking and driving. This can prevent even the basic abilities of keeping fit or to going shopping or to meeting up with friends.

This can leave people in more pain, weak and isolated in their own homes. We are able to prevent or treat the pain and educate you in easy exercises that can improve your strength, stamina and balance.
